How to permit the self-diagnosis of entrepreneurial behaviors?

Engagement is a recurring keyword in the future of my job. I need to, every day more, produce artifacts that get users involved. In this context, a good case would be the tools for self-diagnosis on entrepreneurial behavior.

By answering a number of questions, users can check their strengths and weaknesses. On the other side, we can identify blanks to be filled when supporting small businesses (by the way, the job of our organization).

The first tool I created in that sense, was inspired by a research work of the United Nations, which listed the 10 most recurring personal characteristics of successful entrepreneurs. Having the questions previously designed by a doctor in social psychology, I developed a survey that delivers a final report in the end.

That was my first job in full-stack development, since I’m more experienced in the front-end side. After that, new possibilities were unleashed, starting by the other 2 instruments of self-diagnosis.

The last one was due to a partnership between my organization and the Brazilian federal government (Ministry of Economy), through a program called “Brazil More Productive”. The survey would be an entrance for entrepreneurs into the program, which expects 500 thousand respondents in all the country.
